Keeping a manager on mega Cutter
Appreciating the people who are keeping their lines operating by working over 60 hours a week. There is no recognition given to the people who work the hardest. The company is great, but the management team needs to show a little appreciation other than an occasional dinner that is less than subpar.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is good when compared to industry wide averages.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its onvious to anyone whonlooks
Everyday it seeks there more added to my work load and I've yet to see a penny extra for it.
More compensation for long term employees
Inflation has went up 100%. McDonald's gave 100% raises. They have a couple bucks less us as CDL drivers. We are being given more, with no more pay. Even though Shaw has raised their prices 6 times, we are not seeing any of that

At my plant, we could have and have had great teamwork. Unfortunately our new management creates an anti teamwork environment

Grow up and stop feeling entitled
Limit the drama and you say i say itll be a great work enviroment
People do not always work as a team they work as individuals
My co-workers need to take the necessary classes in order to get educated I've been through all the courses and work with a bunch of people who don't know what they're doing

Team effort is a constant attribute among technicians, supervisors and management.

I despise the term "company culture"
We need better management. Our current management has absolutely 0 regard for his employees. It hasent always been that way. But he will tell us to our face, he doesn't care.. company comes first.

The interview process doesn't matter because the one who interviewed me has been laid off

I like my co-workers. I used to just like it in general, but they laid off our manager for no reason and gave it to someone who doesn't value his employees

There's a lot of people moving up that haven't been here very long because they are friends or relatives with the manager these people need to be put in check and trained for the correct amount of hours before their let out on a job themselves
