collaboration opportunities even for entry level and lower level workers

Collaborative, and friendly. Certainly some very driven and enthusiastic people as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems lower than average in 401K and Salary. Health benefits are great though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open and casual. You are pretty free to discuss most topics and raise concerns.
