What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frindely and give high flexibility
The leadership team is willing to learn and actively listens to employees. They really try to walk the talk. All of us are human and we make mistakes, but it every time I engage with leadership I feel like they mean what they say - they're trying to create the best experience for everyone.
There is always the feeling that you can talk to anyone in the firm, with great variations of experience and knowledge.

There are no true leaders and true leaders must be brought in, including replacement of CEO.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that our company has a compensation philosophy, salary bands, and merit pay and promotion processes that ensure everyone is paid fairly.
There could be more options for comp time but otherwise a very comprehensive, competitive and flexible package.

Reduce CEO pay and adjust all other positions in line with industry.
Seems lower than average in 401K and Salary. Health benefits are great though.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works really hard to enrich the employee experience. We're a scrappy team, we have to work hard to get everything done, but that's not a problem when you know everyone is working towards the same goal - our mission.
Highly skilled and qualified. No appreciation of Exec mgmt for skills brought to table
We are all like a family, know how to have a good time together but also know how to get things done right.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity to work from my local office, or another office in another state or country, is really appealing to me. I also really like the flexibility to work from home when needed, and the 9/80 schedule that gives us every other Friday off. YES to protecting mental health!!

Replace CEO with true leader
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that I was able to meet several people across multiple disciplines so I could ask targeted questions about specific areas of the company. They were timely with my interview process and making a decision. I was treated like a human, not a "candidate."
Personal, substantive, and relaxed atmosphere where you get to speak directly with the key team members you'll be working with.

The leadership team wants people to grow, wants people to succeed and find a path that fits. They create opportunities for employees who just ask - I don't get told no very often but I do get asked how do expect to get there? I'm in control of my career.
