What did you like most about the interview process?I appreciated that I was able to meet several people across multiple disciplines so I could ask targeted questions about specific areas of the company. They were timely with my interview process and making a decision. I was treated like a human, not a "candidate."
What makes you most happy at work?The leadership team wants people to grow, wants people to succeed and find a path that fits. They create opportunities for employees who just ask - I don't get told no very often but I do get asked how do expect to get there? I'm in control of my career.
