The office usually feels good. It's a combination of the environment we've cultivated and the positive vibe our individual employees bring to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company leadership is generally open to input and receptive of observations both positive and negative. It's a young company, and leadership has done a good job balancing "we're in control" with "we're figuring this out" in an open way.
