What do you like best about the leadership team?Shiloh has went through management re-structuring over the past few years and I can honestly say that there is a very solid executive leadership team at this point in time. They are all very dedicated and also not afraid to check in with the working class to ensure issues are addressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Phone allowance. Car would be nice.
