What needs to change to make the company culture better? The level of professionalism shown by management could definitely be better. The teenaged cashiers act more responsibly and respectfully than the full grown adult managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There are no benefits for my position; not even sick days. I would feel better about dealing with this if I got paid a livable wage
