What is the best part about your compensation package?

ShowingTime compensation features base salary, commission, incentive compensation, stock options, and competitive benefits.

ShowingTime has a very generous flex day policy. It also offers Incentive Stock Options to full time employees which is unusual.

The health insurance is the best part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For my position, I feel that I do more than my fellow team leads. I feel like I will be held back so they don't get upset.
