The ShowingTime leadership fosters a creative and collaborative environment. The open door policy for ShowingTime leadership, ensures that all employees are heard and the direction of the company is impacted by the insight of each employee.

The leadership team is available to all employees for feedback. The CEO literally hands out each paycheck to each employee, each pay period. He also takes employees of all levels to lunch each week. When employees leave the company, he meets with each one to solicit feedback.

I like that working here has a family atmosphere.

My team at ShowingTime genuinely enjoys spending time together. We also work very collaboratively and share workload to ensure even distribution. We often lunch together or meet after work for social activities.

ShowingTime strives to create a safe, comfortable, and fun culture. ShowingTime has monthly happy hours, company wide sporting events, and a game room. The leadership at ShowingTime enjoys spending time with their employees, which leads to a fun culture company wide.

ShowingTime works very hard to give everyone a voice. There is a monthly company meeting for all employees plus regular happy hour events and company outings.

The managers are friendly and helpful.

The most interesting part of my position is the ability to impact both my team and the company on a daily basis.

I love to see the statistics about ShowingTime product usage at the entryway to the office. It is a reminder of how important our products are.
