What do you like best about the leadership team?The ShowingTime leadership fosters a creative and collaborative environment. The open door policy for ShowingTime leadership, ensures that all employees are heard and the direction of the company is impacted by the insight of each employee.

What are some of the best things about your team?My team at ShowingTime genuinely enjoys spending time together. We also work very collaboratively and share workload to ensure even distribution. We often lunch together or meet after work for social activities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?For my position, I feel that I do more than my fellow team leads. I feel like I will be held back so they don't get upset.
