What are some of the best things about your team?Well i would like all meetings to be in person
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to support their management 100%. They also need to interact with their managers two or three times a week. I spoke with CEO the day I started and the day I left.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?A bad team starts with bad leadership. The head of our department is very insecure and that leaks onto the rest of the team. She has fostered a high school type of clique environment.
