We’re committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion and making Splunk a place where all people can thrive. We have partnered with the NeuroLeadership Institute to develop a robust unconscious bias training program for all Splunkers. Our Employee Resource Groups continue to grow and provide a community for underrepresented groups and allies. Pride@Splunk, Women@ Splunk, Veterans@Splunk, LatinX@Splunk, BEAMS@Splunk (Black Employees & Mentors) and Disabled=True@Splunk help us drive change at the grassroots level and offer our Splunkers support, mentoring and networking opportunities. They also host fun companywide events that promote cultural awareness. We know that Splunkers are made up of a million different data points, each unique from one another to make us all stronger. In the last year, we rolled out a number of new initiatives to better support the needs of all Splunkers and their families. For example, we continue to roll out expanded paid parental leave benefits, paid military reservist time-off, and global family planning programs.
