Signify Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical Insurance, 401k match, PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

The rate at which I am paid however I do believe (evidence based) that others performing the same job as me are paid more).

Review from Engineering Dept

I would say Paid time off (PTO)

My Commission is the best part of my compensation package.

Review from Operations Dept

generous pay, good PTO policy

Review from Operations Dept

Company equity at director level and above, compensation often above market, generous bonus structure.

Review from Operations Dept

annual salary bonus as promised

Review from Engineering Dept

Stock and healthcare . . .

Review from Engineering Dept

health insurance covers mental health very well

ESPP is basically free money

Review from Engineering Dept

Bonus is the best part. However, I wish company would develop a plan for stock grants for employees. Bonus's are fixed to percentage and so there is no upside for employee to benefit from high and successful growth. With out that, feels like only upper management benefit from success.

Review from IT Dept

RSUs and ESPP are nice

Review from Engineering Dept

Equity distribution and unlimited PTO

Review from Engineering Dept

Competitive salary, bonus, and equity package. Nothing to complain about.

Review from IT Dept

Its more about the work culture 2nd comes compensation. compensation is paid fair

Review from IT Dept

Health Plan Coverage - thank you!

Review from Engineering Dept

I'm very happy with the salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

the unlimited PTO policy allows for a better work/life balance since I normally work more than 40 hours per week

Review from Engineering Dept

It's pretty standard. A better 401k match would be nice though.

Review from IT Dept

RSU, Bonus, Health Insurance and Company Matches

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a senior manager without direct reports I do not get RSU. I had RSU at my previous job, also not managing people

Review from IT Dept

Important healthcare coverage dropped, HR said immediately went on the defensive and never tried to figure out what happened or if it can be fixed. I feel like there's no appetite to fix it as I was the only person affected. Colleagues on my level hired after me are also on much more.

Review from Engineering Dept

Its not aligned with the team

Review from HR Dept

I believe education/credentials, along with experience should be considered when it comes to compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like my salary is below market based on my years of experience

Review from Finance Dept

Looking at market value across my living area and my title, I am making about 15-20k less than I should for my role and level of education. I love my work and I love my boss and team, which is why I choose to stay.

Review from HR Dept

There doesn't always seem to always be a consistent measurement of performance (or setting of expectations) between managers.

Review from HR Dept

I genuinely deserved higher compensation and better benefits.

Review from Product Dept

Health Benefits are below market rate. Annual bonus compensations is not transparent.

Review from Operations Dept

I am a good worker with a bad hr person.

Not paid competitively; coding management team is very rude and immature

Pay disparity amongst all levels is real here.

The compensation is different for people of color.

Signify is one big cattle call. The schedulers fill slots without regard to location and time. Clinicians are on a treadmill that does not pay well.

Having to call elderly people and tried to persuade them to schedule an appointment and to the point of harassment no money is worth that

It's not only about dollars and cents but also about lack of culture, lack of responsibility, lack of training.

Review from Operations Dept

I am not paid anything if there is a "no show" (even though I make the trip to every visit). I am not paid for time spent calling the members the day before or for time spent doing extra medical testing or for the extra time required during a translation visit. AND my paycheck is repeatedly short.

I'm paid a flat rate per appointment. If person not home, no pay even if I have driven 20 to 40 miles to there home. Pay minimal fee for going to home, especially when unable to reach by phone. Also, give feedback on concerns/comments given online.
