Bad communication, poor planning, lack of ownership, and decision-making that is somehow both capricious and non-existent. I don't know how any of that can be improved. Maybe it can't be.

Stop nagging about time tracking/drop the whole thing as a lower-level employee concern. It's a waste of time. Would be great to focus on providing the tools the tech team needs, as opposed to regularly asking if tools we regularly use are still needed. It shows a lack of understanding of our roles
Review from Engineering Dept
Executives introduce requirements or solutions to problems without understanding the needs or getting input. This leads to waste and decreased morale. Once someone has a big idea that seems smart to them they push it forward even if the problem is unclear or there are better, less harmful solutions.
Review from Engineering Dept
Good company benefits and compensation encourage folks to work harder. I feel company is not trying to improve the benefits.
Review from IT Dept
my manager has spent very little time with me and cancels the majority of our 1:1's. I am often told to change my focus, leaving open tickets to work in the previous focus.

Staff engineer is bottleneck to completing work on time. Either need an additional staff engineer, or a more hands-off approach.

Member's are pressured into allowing a visit they may not want.
Data entry could be done in advance by other workers. It was several years ago. Now I am getting almost all blank evaluations. Patients get angry "you should already have that in your computer". I agree.

scheduling number one, response times to problems number 2.
Look at previous answers, it is a comprehensively poorly run enterprise
Review from Operations Dept
Improve the scheduling; it's unbelievable what is expected of providers in the field--constantly being scheduled inappropriately, wasting a lot of time driving and not being able to give adequate time to the home visits
Less aggressive sales tactics, stop repeated harassing calls to members who do not want the optional service we provide
It's atmosphere of integrity, peace & prosperity
It is very good and therefore not much needs to be improved
