Newcomers describe company as directionless, I tend to agree. Some of them are 6+ months and 0 lines of code in production. Some change more teams than in previous companies combined. Recent file import blunders revealed underlaying cause is known for YEARS and not addressed.

Valuing employees, Development plan, Transparency

Understanding the type of work that happens across their vertical and be better about communicating changes.

As a senior manager without direct reports I do not get RSU. I had RSU at my previous job, also not managing people
Review from IT Dept
Important healthcare coverage dropped, HR said immediately went on the defensive and never tried to figure out what happened or if it can be fixed. I feel like there's no appetite to fix it as I was the only person affected. Colleagues on my level hired after me are also on much more.
Review from Engineering Dept
Its not aligned with the team
Review from HR Dept
I believe education/credentials, along with experience should be considered when it comes to compensation.
Review from Operations Dept
I feel like my salary is below market based on my years of experience
Review from Finance Dept
There are some departments that don't seem to think what is the best for the Provider.
Review from Operations Dept
Sometimes, two people can't work well together and they just shouldn't
Review from Engineering Dept
We need to be better at discussing ideas and alternatives objectively. There's a tendency for one or two louder people to shout down everyone else. Some view "pragmatism" vs learning from books and blogs as a binary choice. which translates to "Don't learn from anyone else, only listen to me."

Coworkers need to expand their base knowledge and work to seek out solutions
Review from HR Dept
There no interactions with coworkers
Allow for innovation work to be factored in.

physical interaction. Everything is done by unilateral online meetings.

Listen to those in lower positions. These are the folks that actually do all the work.
A raise to the actual wage not the bonus. (The bonus is taxed like crazy high). Possibly offer VTO during low schedule days instead of calling people that have been called 15+ times. Less rigid structure
Not worth submitting because the advice wont be implemented.
New hr team needs to be implemented
There is lack of transparency and the quality of information disseminated during interview does not match reality
Review from Operations Dept
Bad communication, poor planning, lack of ownership, and decision-making that is somehow both capricious and non-existent. I don't know how any of that can be improved. Maybe it can't be.
Review from Engineering Dept
Stop nagging about time tracking/drop the whole thing as a lower-level employee concern. It's a waste of time. Would be great to focus on providing the tools the tech team needs, as opposed to regularly asking if tools we regularly use are still needed. It shows a lack of understanding of our roles
Review from Engineering Dept
Executives introduce requirements or solutions to problems without understanding the needs or getting input. This leads to waste and decreased morale. Once someone has a big idea that seems smart to them they push it forward even if the problem is unclear or there are better, less harmful solutions.
Review from Engineering Dept
Good company benefits and compensation encourage folks to work harder. I feel company is not trying to improve the benefits.
Review from IT Dept
my manager has spent very little time with me and cancels the majority of our 1:1's. I am often told to change my focus, leaving open tickets to work in the previous focus.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is very good and therefore not much needs to be improved
