Influence and ownership of your role and career. Love the people and the culture that has been built. The fulfillment I have here is unbelievable

Not really. Haven't been faced with it but don't think they are opposed for the right candidate
How long does it take to hear back of the result after an interview?
Depends on the position. The recruiter set the expectation that if you have questions or need an update, just ask. I appreciated that

I don't think we do this currently and I'm not sure how we would.
