The leadership team has a lot of great experience and is very receptive to the team and their suggestions. They have a great vision for where we are headed and make sure the team stays aligned to that vision.

The leadership team has been incredible. The founder, the CEO, and all the SVP's spent time with me during the on-boarding process. They are very transparent with where we are and where we are headed. They are all very receptive and make time for every employee. It's extremely refreshing!

The pay at Sigstr is fair for the market in Indy and for a startup. Health Care is benefits are better than expected and they have a 401K which is a plus.
Sigstr does a great job of aligning compensation to the goals of each department. They also pay for performance and promote from within.
I really enjoy our flexible PTO and appreciate the contribution to my HSA, and the stipend for parking.
From a sales perspective, there is no limit to variable compensation. Just keep selling!
The value placed on work-life balance. We have flexible/unlimited PTO on top of an awesome maternity/paternity leave. As a first time mom I don’t feel guilty that I had leave and now am still able to take time when I need it.

I know what's going on with every part of Sigstr. Every Friday our CEO sends an email update about what happened that week. We also do an all-hands company meeting every quarter. It's very transparent and honest.
More recently we've been purposeful about team outings, off site meetings, lunch and learns, and ways to get to know coworkers outside of my immediate team.
We give open feedback to make each other better and always learn from one another.
The feeling of connectedness to the team and the fun we have! I love our building on the circle too. It is wonderful having such a cool spot and beautiful view
The HR department works very hard to create and maintain an outstanding culture. They are very proactive by listening to employees and making changes accordingly. Everyone feels like they have a voice which is very powerful.
