I know what's going on with every part of Sigstr. Every Friday our CEO sends an email update about what happened that week. We also do an all-hands company meeting every quarter. It's very transparent and honest.
More recently we've been purposeful about team outings, off site meetings, lunch and learns, and ways to get to know coworkers outside of my immediate team.
We give open feedback to make each other better and always learn from one another.

The HR department works very hard to create and maintain an outstanding culture. They are very proactive by listening to employees and making changes accordingly. Everyone feels like they have a voice which is very powerful.
Most positive in my eyes, is our Signature Rule. I love my job and working hard for this team. In our culture, we are conditioned to and want to work hard for the person next to you. I look at it as iron sharpening iron. We all want to do our best for the other people doing their best.
