What is the best part about your compensation package?The pay at Sigstr is fair for the market in Indy and for a startup. Health Care is benefits are better than expected and they have a 401K which is a plus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I know what's going on with every part of Sigstr. Every Friday our CEO sends an email update about what happened that week. We also do an all-hands company meeting every quarter. It's very transparent and honest.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone at Sigstr wants to be here, which makes it fun to be at work every day.
