The pay at Sigstr is fair for the market in Indy and for a startup. Health Care is benefits are better than expected and they have a 401K which is a plus.
Sigstr does a great job of aligning compensation to the goals of each department. They also pay for performance and promote from within.
I really enjoy our flexible PTO and appreciate the contribution to my HSA, and the stipend for parking.
From a sales perspective, there is no limit to variable compensation. Just keep selling!
