What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never heard anyone say, “that’s not my job” or “I am too busy to help.” And that is my absolute favorite part!! They realize we have to work together to reach our goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The value placed on work-life balance. We have flexible/unlimited PTO on top of an awesome maternity/paternity leave. As a first time mom I don’t feel guilty that I had leave and now am still able to take time when I need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite part is how respectful they are to our entire team and all take the player-coach approach. I don’t feel alone or disconnected from them which has made me understand our/my future so much more than any other company I have worked for
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive in my eyes, is our Signature Rule. I love my job and working hard for this team. In our culture, we are conditioned to and want to work hard for the person next to you. I look at it as iron sharpening iron. We all want to do our best for the other people doing their best.
