Down to Earth, doesn't speak down to employees. Transparent with company goals, ideas, and updates.

They are transparent and keep us the loop about what is going on.

Pay is fair, generous sick time.

More compensation would make me feel better about my compensation. Bills are going up with inflation while my pay isn't. Taking on more responsibilities and developing more skills and knowledge to do my job better and helping create better systems to streamline information and getting a 'good job'..

When you get a title change, you do not get a pay bump. Then next time you are up for a review you fall into a range for how much your salary can increase. You are asked to do much more and have more responsibility in your "new" role, yet your compensation stays the same. Doesn't make sense

Comparing to other firms and similar positions the compensation can be better

They are very supportive and kind to work with.

I'd be better able to complete my responsibilities if I had easier access to necessary information and systems. I'm experiencing needing to talk to several people across various levels to get the info I need to fulfill my role. If this were streamlined I'd feel less friction with my coworkers.
