Overall positive - although it appears some miscommunication and misalignment are pretty common and hinder work

Sila has many of the most technically knowledgeable teammates that I ever worked with. What's amazing is that they are also highly emotionally intelligent, which is a rare combination to find in the same person. I'm proud to be a part of Sila.
