Seeing my team doing well and hit their goals.
Review from Engineering Dept
Seeing visible progress in my projects and seeing how my work improves the work experience of the company. Connecting with people across the org and learning new things.
I love the variety of work, projects and challenges. Great opportunities here at Sila. There's more work than people so there are lots of opportunities if you like to be challenged.

Review from Engineering Dept
Opportunity to learn, working with team.
Review from Operations Dept
When an experiment goes according to plan :)
Work objectives and cross team interaction
friendly coworkers, discipline, respect to each others
Solving problems, making material, and getting stuff done whether its something new or routine/ daily tasks
Troubleshooting new issues. Developing new plans. Developing/streamlining information flow.
I'm just feeling really tired and burnt out. More PTO would be helpful for where I'm at right now.
So much documentation for the sake of documentation. Too much discussion and consensus finding instead of getting stuff done. Artificial feel good atmosphere instead of honest feedback. Decision take forever, and are flip flopping, too.
Review from Engineering Dept
If this is referring to whether I'm excited about going to work, nothing is going wrong. I just don't get excited about work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much work and very little organization or prioritization which makes it frustrating to make progress or feel accomplished. Constantly putting out fires
Review from Engineering Dept
Management needs to help prioritize work.
Decision-making is a skill we need to build across the company. Clarifying who decision-makers are for big decisions and empowering people to make decisions around their day-to-day work would help with this. People aren't comfortable stepping into the gap when it's not clear.
Favoritism, blocking growth by not allowing dept changes for inviduals, reorganization
Big issues with the culture would ideally be ironed out. Right now, company culture is focused on group harmony, consensus building and making everyone feel comfortable. There's little-to-no emphasis on personal responsibility and shipping product. Real companies ship!
Review from Engineering Dept
Poor communication, too much manual updating of information. Stakeholders are not informed when there are changes
Review from Business Development Dept
My team, the challenge of the work and the innovation.
Decision making, "short staff" making decisions without context from the technical experts.
