Having some form of liquidity for the stocks would make a substantial difference in my life
Not comparable pay within same level of experience contributions. I would feel happier with a $15 to $20 K increase in pay.
Review from HR Dept
I'm not sure that people's broad scope of work is always taken into consideration when comp adjustments occur. Perhaps my work needs to be more visible for leadership. My team is also just paid less compared to other teams based on the market which doesn't feel good for the work being done.
Review from HR Dept
More compensation would make me feel better about my compensation. Bills are going up with inflation while my pay isn't. Taking on more responsibilities and developing more skills and knowledge to do my job better and helping create better systems to streamline information and getting a 'good job'..
When you get a title change, you do not get a pay bump. Then next time you are up for a review you fall into a range for how much your salary can increase. You are asked to do much more and have more responsibility in your "new" role, yet your compensation stays the same. Doesn't make sense
It would be helpful if we had improved clarity around role boundaries and collaboration points. I would also like for us to practice giving feedback more directly, especially when it is constructive.
Showing any empathy would be a great place to start. Then, managers working to develop people and the product and commercialization team could pretend or at least to "Win Together." It feels like multiple technical and non-technical teams walk on eggshells around this specific department.
I'd be better able to complete my responsibilities if I had easier access to necessary information and systems. I'm experiencing needing to talk to several people across various levels to get the info I need to fulfill my role. If this were streamlined I'd feel less friction with my coworkers.
Due to COVID, it's hard to get to know teammates. Being on site when you're not in a lab is painful since we don't have good seating.
Be more team players and be more hard working and eager to benefit the team.
Review from Operations Dept
Better decision making practices. Getting used to being a bigger company & recognizing it's not practical to talk to every person before making a decision.
Cut the process in half (1 F2F vs 2 F2F)
Review from HR Dept
I'm just feeling really tired and burnt out. More PTO would be helpful for where I'm at right now.
So much documentation for the sake of documentation. Too much discussion and consensus finding instead of getting stuff done. Artificial feel good atmosphere instead of honest feedback. Decision take forever, and are flip flopping, too.
Review from Engineering Dept
If this is referring to whether I'm excited about going to work, nothing is going wrong. I just don't get excited about work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much work and very little organization or prioritization which makes it frustrating to make progress or feel accomplished. Constantly putting out fires
Review from Engineering Dept
Management needs to help prioritize work.
Decision making, "short staff" making decisions without context from the technical experts.
