Collaboration, respect and teaming. Everyone has a voice, and we can speak not only about our work but, we can share anything because we're built with trust and empathy.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The structure of the interview. It was way more of a conversational and even though it is just an interview phase it makes me feel want to work with Simcorp and be part of my team already.
