Victoria Turk ā Head of Human Resources - North America at SimCorp
Executive Bio
Ms. Victoria Turk has been the Head of Human Resources for North America at SimCorp A/S since joining in January 26, 2015. Ms. Turk has close to a decade of experience in the financial markets and joined SimCorp from Bloomberg, where she served as the Human Resources Business Partner for 500+ people in the Research and Development Software Infrastructure Group and the CTO's Office. She began her career at Bloomberg as a Team Leader within the analytics group and has also worked at Cond'? Nast Publications. In this role, she spearheads all aspects of HR processes for SimCorp North America including: partnering with the business, mobility, organizational design and reviews, sourcing, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits. Ms. Turk received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the State University of New York College at Oneonta.
