Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Performance bonus may be twice a year however compared to other companies it is quite small. Also the HMO provider / limit is not that great. Lastly I feel my salary isn't quite in the fair market .

1% increase last time can't cover the inflation. The inflation rate is much higher than my increase. A mid year increase or a benefit of some sort will be super helpful

I understand benefits are part of compensation but doing a comp analysis I found similar roles to be regarded higher than a junior level. The value I add to my project is in line with an associate or senior associate. I feel a market adjustment should be considered.

More frequent feedback/ review to reflect the possible "Bonus increase" described in contract when hired. Also feel that if certain benefits are not being used from the company (ex. healthcare, etc.) that money the company is not spending should be returned in salary to the employee.
