I noticed that the leadership seemed to overlook non-Salesforce professionals. They're not receiving the same level of support as our Salesforce team. They're not given enough salary increases and are not being prioritized in the same way as Salesforce professionals.

They need to get better at not letting InfoSys push their way of running projects ruin the quality of the work that's happening. Literally every Simplus employee cringes when InfoSys is involved because it means bad work/life balance, often disrespect, and conflict.

It feels like working freelance where support is mostly from google search and youtube. Communication should be established between personnel on a more regular basis and knowledge sharing is a must, not a plus. Putting a support system in place should improve overall performance for everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Performance bonus may be twice a year however compared to other companies it is quite small. Also the HMO provider / limit is not that great. Lastly I feel my salary isn't quite in the fair market .

1% increase last time can't cover the inflation. The inflation rate is much higher than my increase. A mid year increase or a benefit of some sort will be super helpful

Some sr. consultants, team leads, or assoc managers. Has a better salary than me. This is not because of skills. This is because either they left and rejoin or they got a higher salary from the previous company. People leaving Simplus got a higher salary. Better Salary

I understand benefits are part of compensation but doing a comp analysis I found similar roles to be regarded higher than a junior level. The value I add to my project is in line with an associate or senior associate. I feel a market adjustment should be considered.

If we weren't burning hot on projects all the time and actually had time for fun internal meetings, more 1:1's. A couple are just plain hard to talk to and not sure what would help.

There is gotta be transparency towards why people are leaving and what is the reason they are leaving. Majority that who left is poorly compensated, projects are so difficult to uplift, messed up implementations, high expectations to high performers etc. This should be fixed.
