I do not know who you are referring to when you say leadership team. I mostly work with my manager and his manager so clarity as to who the leadership team is should be stated.

I believe the culture is important to Simplus but less important to Infosys and unfortunately I believe the Infosys non-culture will win out within the next year or so.
