We have Health Savings Accounts available which I appreciate.
The best part is everything they offer. They also contribute a large amount towards employee benefits and a great 401K package.
Free medical premiums, 401k match, and amazing flexibility in where and when I work.

Everything is clear no hidden deductions.
I did not look into it much, but there are several places in my hometown that do not accept the insurance. With it being a remote company and people based throughout the US we should have better coverage to local areas.
