I believe what I get paid is fair for what I do and my experience level. It's clear from the annual raise, which is below the rate of inflation, they either want to cut back or expect people to move on quickly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They know if you are older and your job opportunities are limited, they take advantage of that.
Sinclair is filled with incompetent managers who do not deserve the compensation they receive. Can the stock price slide any lower. Indeed it should.
I am underpaid for my level of knowledge and experience, and pay increases are not performance based.
