Chaotic. The company lacks a focused articulated set of goals. The environment is A lookout for oneself atmosphere. There is no us. It's a me culture. The systems are antiquated and outdated, and there's no desire to improve the infrastructure.
Very top heavy company. Always adding jobs at corporate and making drastic cuts at each station. $35/ month expense accounts for sales people! Micro managers that don’t care for their employees one bit. No raises in over 3 year
All the coworks have a bad attitudes and that is because of SBG work environment.
Overall they need to improve everything.

What benefits does Sinclair Broadcast Group provide?
Excellent benefits, health paid largely by company, BCBS.
They offer some of the best health care plans I have ever seen a company offer its employees. I am paying less than $50 a month and I have full health, dental, and vision benefits, for myself only, family coverage is a little bit more. 80 hours paid vacation, 40 hours sick and 16 hours personal time off per year is offered. You also have the option to "purchase" an additional week of PTO for the year, and that gets garnished from your paycheck each pay period, but it is worth it if you can afford it.
