They are all honest, real people that you can comfortably go to about anything you need professionally.
Letting the people at their stations run their stations. Have spent millions on yield management and new avails system that doesn’t work. Constant training sessions that leave you with many more questions than answer
Delegation, communication, and not micromanaging
They need to Stop micromanaging local journalists

they need to get out of that 'i am the boss' fashion and adopt creative ways to improve existing staffs, rather than constantly going through lay off.
I have no contact with anyone in the corporate structure. Not that it's a bad thing, I just do not cross paths with them.
