David R. Bochenek — Senior VP & Chief Accounting Officer at Sinclair Broadcast Group

Mr. David R. Bochenek, also known as Dave, serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Fisher Communications Inc. Mr. Bochenek has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. since November 2002 and has been its Senior Vice President since December 20, 2013 also served as its Vice President since May 2005. He served as Controller of Sinclair Broadcast since March 2000. Previously, he served as Chief Administrative Officer from November 2002 to April 2005. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Prime Retail, Inc. since 1993. From 1990 to 1993, he served as an Assistant Vice President of MNC Financial, Inc. and held various positions in the audit department of Ernst & Young, LLP since 1983. He holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland. Mr. Bochenek is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.
