He was responsible for planning, organizing and implementing operational and engineering policies and strategies as they relate to television operations, web activity, information management systems and infrastructure at Sinclair Television Group. Prior to that, He served as Director of Operations and Engineering at WBFF-TV and Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. since 1985. He has held various operations and engineering positions with Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. for the last 28 years. He is also a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel who has held various commands during his 26-year reserve career. He served as a Member of Broadcast Advisory Board of Pathfire Inc. Mr. Parks is a member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers and the Society of Broadcast Engineers.
