Becoming a better asset to the team and being able to win in a self-sufficient way leaning on the team for guidance and education and support but ultimately bringing back wins for the team without needing much help to move the process along. Going to my team as needed to bring back wins to the team

The chaotic nature and mistakes that are shown to our customers
Remove toxic and incompetent leadership.
People believe it's too right wing.
Fire the corporate managenent team and start over
bad management, job security is zero, less motivated staffs

there is absolutely nothing i like about my employer
I enjoy seeing my co-workers. Also, my manager is the best.
