We hire just anybody, we work together to overcome challenges, and we are always learning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Becoming a better asset to the team and being able to win in a self-sufficient way leaning on the team for guidance and education and support but ultimately bringing back wins for the team without needing much help to move the process along. Going to my team as needed to bring back wins to the team
