it was great the first 2 months, but the moment they realize that you are finding ways to advance within the organization, they find creative ways to stop that career growth. simply put, it was the worst employer i have ever worked for.

they need to get out of that 'i am the boss' fashion and adopt creative ways to improve existing staffs, rather than constantly going through lay off.
