Mr. W. Gary Dorsch has been the President of Keyser Capital, LLC since October 2007. He serves as the President at Keyser Capital, Llc. Mr. Dorsch serves as he President of Alternative Asset Investing at Sinclair Corporation. He over 25 years experience in middle market investing and lending. He vedas Senior Principal and Advisor at Patriot Capital, L.P. He co-founded Allegiance Capital Limited Partnership. Prior to co-founding Patriot Capital, L.P, he spent 24 years at Bank of America and its predecessor banks, NationsBank, and Maryland National Bank. His experience ranges from assisting Fortune 500 companies to advising middle-market companies with sales of $10 million to $500 million. During his banking career, he was responsible for various banking divisions and managed several specialty groups including healthcare, media, and non-profit. He has been active in numerous civic and charitable activities throughout his career. Mr. Dorsch serves on the Board of The College Savings Plan of Maryland. He received an M.B.A. degree in Finance in 1981 from Loyola College in Baltimore and graduated from Towson University in 1974.
