SiriusXM – I received a renewal today & I cancelled Sirius when we couldn't get it to work when I ordered it. I was charged for a year & they can't refund for service used. Had it worked I would have kept it. They could refund $12. Keep records,, record conversations, you'll need it to prove you're right.
