coworkers are fine, mainly management needs to get on the same page and provide the same info to everyone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communicating with their staff about updates to programs, a lot of the time we only hear about updates through customers that call in. Also, the leadership team doesnt take anything seriously when we have concerns
