I think some of the culture with a sales-driven vibe could be improved and more focused on employee happiness

No accountability or ownership. Selling products & processes before the processes are built. Indicating that Sitecore is SaaS and though it's really not true SaaS. There are not enough resources generally. Too much fire-fighting.

Work life balance needs improvement. Space and time to learn new stuff. Include trainings and workshops between teams in quarter goals.

There could be better performance review process that actually recognizes hard work and accomplishments. There is no team building effort in services organization, which is even more important for remote employees.
