Sitecore Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation is adapted to the market and the role.

Review from Sales Dept

The harder the work, the more compensation. Really appreciate the unlimited acceleration of pay.

Review from Sales Dept

Commission potential is a motivator

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits are pretty standard for a large company.

Review from Sales Dept

Flexibility in working hours, fair PTO, clear bonus plan

Review from Marketing Dept

The ability to make additional income based on performance.

Review from Sales Dept

The bonus and health care

Review from Finance Dept

Lots of upside on the income side

Review from Customer Success Dept

I consider our compensation package to be "industry standard" for a multinational software company. It is good and fair, but hardly exceptional in any way compared to other similar companies.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus is good but could be more

Review from IT Dept

The bonus plan is good and fair

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefit, pay is reasonale - base however bonus is lower than other functions.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Insurance, other financial support to cover the needs

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best parts are compensation growth and a half-annual bonuses

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pension and health benefits are important

Review from Marketing Dept

Sales commissions are nice when you put the time in on a deal and you get compensated for it makes all the hard work worth the long hours we put in to close new deals

Review from Sales Dept

The best part is that we are paid fairly well and the yearly increment is decent too.

Review from Customer Support Dept

the ability to work and shape the variable part of targets

Review from Engineering Dept

Company car is the best part

Review from Engineering Dept

Nothing new, the usual package

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on latest inflation period I would expect the company to give some extra compensation or raise.

Review from Engineering Dept

More targeted benefit for each member

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel better if my compensation was more aligned to the market standards based on my title, responsibilities and my contribution to the company. People reporting to you should not have a higher salary. Salary changes should also be confirmed prior to a new position being announced publicly.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel we keep some people not doing their job and at the same time salary of some key people should be reviewed and it is not the case

Review from Sales Dept

There should be more benefits in terms of allowances and also the salary for each employee depending on the region and role should be following the current market.

Review from Customer Success Dept

to get paid properly same as the market rates

Review from Sales Dept

okr goals vs bonus rates 1-5. I always commit 200% to the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

undervalued in the AJP region because the pay is low in comparison to the rest of Europe

Review from Engineering Dept

Budget cuts are difficult when the ELT doesn't appear to be adjusting. They should be setting the example for all not living above all others.

Review from Finance Dept

Taking a look at people with same titles and having a clearer pay scale

Review from Legal Dept

There's no compensation with the current inflation. cosidering a readjustment to the salary would be great

Review from Engineering Dept

more raise/benefit compare to other employers/competitors

Review from Product Dept

"Ownership" of many components without a great way to pass on the baton to anyone else. Not so much real ownership as it is mostly about stepping in during production issues.

Review from Engineering Dept

I'd like to get paid more this role fills the gaps that are within the company. This is not a customer-centric company. In fact I think those that do not have "customer" in their title or job description do what they can to avoid talking to customers. It's very very sad.

Review from Customer Success Dept

average compensation compared to the salary range offered in the market at the moment. adjustment of base salary would make me feel better.

Review from Engineering Dept

There was no bonus component

Review from Operations Dept

Recent ask for pay increase after a promotion was not reciprocated well. The promotion felt like just on the paper and nothing monetary to justify the work load increase. Even after the acceptance of whatever raise I got it isn't reflected yet in paychecks. Sad for not being treated well

Review from Engineering Dept

I recently was promoted and the pay raise is not market. ELT told our team we had our best quarter ever, yet my pay was not adjusted to accurately reflect the volume of work and responsibilities I've inherited over the last 3-6 months.

Review from Legal Dept

I came in from the Reflektion Acquisition and didn't get a raise in over 3 years. Obviously not Sitecore's fault. However the 2 or 3% increase we got before is practically nothing considering the increase in cost of living.

Review from Marketing Dept

less recognition and increased performance hikes
