What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is above rivals and good

Good pay, good health, good return to work (from leave) benefit.

Siteimprove pays 100% of my health insurance. I only have $25 copay for office visits and low copays for pharmacy too.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I haven't had a wage increase in the last 3 years, and it was already announced that there won't be any next year either.
