What do you like best about the leadership team?
They live in a different world to us
The leadership at Siteimprove place a high level of importance on making this a great place to work. Work/life balance is genuinely valued, and there are amazing perks like lunch served by a professional chef, option to work from home, excellent PTO, and Health insurance paid 100% by Siteimprove.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be honest, open and listen to the enoloyees
Ethics, leadership, people management, business management.
Everything. Mainly communication and accountability.
They're a bunch of morons running the company into the ground.
Respect that running a tech company cannot be learned by 10-min easy reads written for Business School students.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is above rivals and good
Good pay, good health, good return to work (from leave) benefit.
Siteimprove pays 100% of my health insurance. I only have $25 copay for office visits and low copays for pharmacy too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a wage increase in the last 3 years, and it was already announced that there won't be any next year either.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a close-knit team with intelligent empathetic people
Collobrarive, they care, purpose driven people.
Competent people, who can cope in chaotic company with "pretend" processes.
Camaraderie with folks who care about accessibility.
The team is awesome, hardworking and intelligent
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A vision and a direction for value production.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More hope for the company. Better development processes. (Locally defined by people with knowledge about development).
Change starts at the top. Leadership needs to be the change they want to see and bring more positivity into conversation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Straight forward nothing to put me off
Fast and clear process with decision makers
That it was done before the new management, probably.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more transparent, stop lying to your employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad leadership filter all the way to the bottom not sure if it can be improved revolving door seems to be working overtime
Leadership is destroying the company culture.
The company is managed by a twenty-sided die.
