Sitetracker Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The cash component is similar to that of product companies, while the benefits and overall structure resemble those of service-based companies.

A pretty competitive bonus structure

Fixed salary, Bonus and Stock options.

Well balanced package across the board

Review from Product Dept

Based on results I get access to a good amount of benefits, which keeps me motivated day in and day out

The perks, and regular internal events

Review from IT Dept

The bonus is actually very easy to get, show up, do good work, and it will come naturally

very much still rely on quarterly sales commission payout

Review from Sales Dept

Salary is good, other benefits are ok.

My OTE is at market rate.

Review from Sales Dept

salary and bonus are on high level in the industry

Stock options keep becoming more valuable

unlimited PTO and health/vision/dental coverage

Overall base package is the best in the industry.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Unlimited PTO and you can take them whenever you want

Fair salary, good variable comp structure, good options with value.

Good overall package (Base + Commission)

Salary is competitive. Teams are flexible enough to take advantage of unlimited vacation.

Review from Product Dept

Variable compensation/bonus plan for most, if not all, employees.

The shares we get on top of our salary, location aligned market based salary for the roles, and the health care package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not enough clarity about stocks/equities

Review from Product Dept

I would like to have a higher base salary and more stock options

Base pay is good but no 401k, stocks have no value

Review from Engineering Dept

More transparency about the salary range for different roles would be useful

Need more money and more options

Comp is ok, can always be better in line with cost of living. Better benefits would definitely be great

Our team deserves more respect for the work we do

Private insurance and Pension plan are missing

There is a lot of difference from the USA Entity and India

Pays can be better, stock options are also way too less

Review from Engineering Dept

401k match up to 6 percent

Review from Operations Dept

They are way too behind in market and also they dont try to match the market compensation especially after the inflation rise in US.

have competitive benefits and competitive holiday allowance

Review from IT Dept

raises tend to be hit or miss, my manager recently forgot to put in a raise request until after the quarter was up. i havent received a raise in 2 years

I am not paid competitively. I make a lot less than others in the industry with my skills and experience in the same role. Also, no company 401K matching. We switch insurance companies every year, and this year's is terrible. I'm paying more out of pocket.

Review from Engineering Dept

Simple: Increase salaries of high performers before they leave

It's a good company which encourage key employees to grow themselves with the company together.

Review from Finance Dept

I make the company more revenue in a quarter than I do in a year, and I'm constantly forced to do other people's jobs on top of it.

Establishment of Local legal entity

No 401k match, less paid than average.
