The company needs to revise its Vacation/time off policies. Two weeks is below the market average.

You feel like a truly valued member of the team, and not just like a number in a cubicle.

I get to do challenging & rewarding work while being surrounded by good people who enjoy being with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Attentive to changing market trends, willing to change/adapt quickly. Create a good family culture, despite it being a very large company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The process moved very quickly (1st phone interview to offer in less than a week), and the feedback was very quick as well.
