They are Future Oriented 100% Of The Time, Always Keeping A Positive Attitude, Always Taking Responsibility
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bot a single contact with this company in the last month leads me to believe that this is a legit company. They just use your info to continuously harass you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Typically my position does not offer commission but senior leadership implemented a structure to keep me money motivated
The best part about our compensation package is its maximizes the rewards being given to those who are bringing in the most volume.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Positive and direct feedback. Open collaboration and working cross functionally with different departments
Everyone participates actively and positively in meetings and projects. Team goals are understood by everyone. Individual members have thought hard about creative solutions to the problem. Members are carefully listened to and receive thoughtful feedback. Everyone takes initiative to get things done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Harassment needs to not be part of everyday culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard and play hard as well. Awesome team building events to keep morale high
There could be nothing better than having an environment where all workers are in alignment with each other and feel like its “Worth It” to go to office everyday. It is at this point, when the real “MAGIC” happens.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This is not a legit company. Do your research. I will that I would've. The positive reviews are fake from fake accounts
What did you like most about the interview process?
We use a Top grade interview process
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company doesn't even read your resume or profile information. They aren't interested in you or your needs. They only offer lowball stuff that is not in your area. They don't take the time to read all of the info they make you report. Company is trash.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding cream is the crop talent across all verticals and departments.
