Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

At the moment it's a simple matter of being underpaid for the tasks and duties I'm responsible for. What would make me feel better is being paid similar to other professionals with my same experience and skills in the industry.

The culture and benefits we receive already make it the best and most fulfilling place to work. I am sure this will happen down the road but a better health insurance plan and adding a 401k would definitely make Skipio the most attractive offer out there.
